How it counts

Each log adds its number to your total.

Length

One year from the day you start

Started

Aug 25, 2026

Start Mandarin from scratch and end the year with a 20-minute conversation with a native speaker, all in Mandarin. Practice time is the shared yardstick: about 25 minutes a day gets you to 150 hours. Tutor lessons, apps, flashcards, podcasts and shadowing all count. Log minutes.
